There’s something magical about getting married in the fall, especially when your wedding day takes place among the rolling hills and changing leaves of Logan, Ohio. Dani and Colton celebrated their October wedding at Crockett’s Run in Logan, Ohio, surrounded by all the warm colors and scenery that make fall weddings in Hocking Hills so beautiful.
As an Ohio wedding photographer, fall weddings will always be some of my favorites to photograph. The rich colors, cooler weather and changing landscape create such a beautiful backdrop, but even more than that, I love getting to document all of the little moments that make each wedding completely different from the next.
Dani and Colton’s day was filled with those moments. From getting ready and the anticipation leading up to their ceremony to newlywed portraits surrounded by the fall scenery and celebrating with their favorite people afterward, there was so much to capture.
One of my favorite things about photographing weddings in Logan and the Hocking Hills area is how naturally the scenery becomes part of the story. Crockett’s Run gave us the perfect setting to capture portraits that showcased Dani and Colton while still incorporating the beautiful Ohio fall landscape around them.
